Monopoly Events will be back in Liverpool on April 1st and 2nd with a new edition of Liverpool Comic Con. An event that will allow pop-culture fans to meet stars who played in cult movies or in popular TV shows in recent years.
Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder reunited in Liverpool
Fans of Vampire Diaries, always eager to meet the stars of the series in the four corners of the world, will have the opportunity to meet two of the main actors during the Liverpool Comic Con 2023.
Indeed, Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder, who played Stefan and Damon Salvatore, will be back in Liverpool a few months after having attended the winter edition of Liverpool Comic Con 2022. Always popular, the two actors will also attend Comic Con Wales, another Monopoly Events event that will take place in August 2023.
Stranger Things: Jamie Campbell Bower and Grace Van Dien announced at the event
Since the release of the season 4 of Stranger Things, Grace Van Dien and Jamie Campbell Bower have been attending events to meet their fans. The Liverpool Comic Con 2023 will also be able to count on the participation of the actors who played Chrissy and Henry Creel.
The two stars, particularly popular with fans of the Netflix series, should be very busy throughout the weekend.
Christina Ricci: Wednesday Addams at the center of discussions
A familiar face for those who grew up in the 90s (Casper, The Addams Family, Sleepy Hollow, Las Vegas Parano), Christina Ricci will be in Liverpool next April. This will be the perfect opportunity to talk to her about her career and the recent success of the series Wednesday, based on the character of Wednesday Addams, in which she plays the role of Marilyn Thornbill.
Her visit will also allow Yellowjackets fans to learn more about the making of this series that has been winning and nominated in the most prestigious ceremonies.
Many stars in Liverpool
The Liverpool Comic Con 2023 will not be limited exclusively to the guests we have mentioned above.
Fans of Disney, and especially of Aladdin, will be able to talk with Linda Larkin, Jonathan Freeman and Scott Weinger while fans of Manifest and Once Upon A Time will be able to meet Josh Dallas.
Lovers of 80’s movies will be happy to know that Corey Feldman (The Goonies, The Lost Boys), Jamison Newlander (The Blob, The Lost Boys) and two actors from the Police Academy saga: G.W. Bailey and Lance Kinsey will be present.
Voice actors from Red Dead Redemption will also be attending Liverpool Comic Con 2023 : Rob Wiethoff, Roger Clark, Benjamin Byron Davis and Alex McKenna.
Other guests expected include Christopher Heyerdahl (Twilight), Mark Williams (Harry Potter), Lucy Davis (Chilling Adventures of Sabrina), Alex Høgh Andersen (Vikings), Pollyanna McIntosh (The Walking Dead) and Zachary Gordon (Diary of a Wimpy Kid).
