Kenny Ortega in Paris for the Back to the Musical World convention

Next December (18th and 19th), Dream It Conventions will organize a convention dedicated to the universe of Kenny Ortega. An event that could hardly be done without the main person concerned and it is now fixed.

Indeed, the French organizer has just confirmed that the famous producer, director and choreographer would come to meet his fans in Paris. During his stay in the french capital, Kenny Ortega will do autographs (30€), photoshoots (50€) and a meet & greet (140€). These extras, as well as the access passes, can be found on the official ticketing.

If the Back to the Musical World convention will focus on Julie and the Phantoms, Descendants and High School Musical (and its spin-off), Kenny Ortega is also known for having directed episodes of Gilmore Girls, Ally McBeal or Hull High. He also directed Hocus Pocus, Newsies and the documentary This Is It. A recognized choreographer, he has worked on Dirty Dancing, Pretty in Pink, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off and Xanadu. He has also collaborated with famous singers such as Madonna, Cher, Gloria Estefan, Michael Jackson and Miley Cyrus.

Kenny Ortega joins four other guests from projects he has directed: Booboo Stewart (Julie and the Phantoms, Descendants), Lucas Grabeel (High School Musical), Madison Reyes (Julie and the Phantoms) and Owen Patrick Joyner (Julie and the Phantoms).
