A few days before the Slay the Vampires 4 event, about the Buffy the Vampire Slayer series, CloudsCon had to face the cancellation of Juliet Landau due to her health condition. If the actress who plays Drusilla will not be attending, the French organizer has found a replacement for her: Julie Benz.
The actress who plays Darla in Buffy the Vampire Slayer and in Angel, will be present in Paris on October 15 and 16, 2022 to meet her fans. Photos (solos, duets, trios), autographs, meeting (on Saturday) and one-on-one will be on her schedule.
A last minute guest
If the announcement of Julie Benz delighted the fans of the series, CloudsCon had a last surprise. Indeed, the organizer revealed the presence of an additional guest: Kristine Sutherland.
The actress is known to Buffy the Vampire Slayer fans as Joyce Summers, Buffy’s mother. Like Julie Benz, she will attend the entire event and will do photos (solos and duets), autographs, a meeting (Sunday) and one-on-one.
These two actresses join the following guests in Paris: Emma Caulfield (Anya), James Marsters (Spike), Juliet Landau (Drusilla), Marc Blucas (Riley), Phina Oruche (Olivia) and Robia Scott (Jenny).
