Potterheads will meet in Paris in December 2021. CloudsCon, the organizer in charge of the Remember Years of Magic convention, has just announced the postponement of its Harry Potter event.

Initially scheduled on June 5 and 6, 2021, the convention will finally take place on December 4 and 5, 2021 at the Pullman Paris Roissy-Charles de Gaulle hotel.

Following this postponement, two guests can no longer attend the event. They are Jamie Waylett and Chris Rankin. The first is replaced numerically by Louis Cordice, the actor playing Blaise Zabini. A new guest should also be announced soon in replacement of Chris Rankin.

Josh Herdman, Tolga Safer and Stanislav Yanevski will be at the Remember Years of Magic convention.

What commercial measures are planned as a result of this postponement?

In its press release, CloudsCon states that all tickets already purchased are automatically transferred to the new dates.

If you are not available on the new dates, the organizer specifies that you can ask for a refund upon presentation of proof (from your employer if you work, mandatory family event) and an ID only. Requests will be processed on a case-by-case basis and must be made by May 5, 2021 at hugo.cloudscon@outlook.fr with the object “REFUND PASS RYOM”.

Regarding Chris Rankin’s extras, they are all refunded without exception. For Jamie Waylett’s extras, two possibilities:

– Or, you ask for a refund. You need to send an email to hugo.cloudscon@outlook.fr with the object of the email : ‘REFUND EXTRAS JAMIE’. You nedd to join your tickets and an ID. You will be refunded automatically after few days.
