Is he getting tired of his role in the “This is us” series? After five seasons, it would seem that Justin Hartley is looking forward to new projects. The star of the American drama has just acquired the rights to Jeffery Deaver‘s novel “The Never Game” in collaboration with Ken Olin. The goal? To transform this little gem of a thriller into a television adaptation.
A story full of suspense
Taken from the “Colter Shaw” saga, “The Never Game” is in fact the very first volume of the story. It is a suspenseful tale of a young woman’s disappearance in Silicon Valley and her father who will do anything to find her. To do so, the patriarch hired Colter Shaw, an expert tracker who grew up in a survivalist family. The airing date of the thriller is not yet known. On the casting side, Justin Hartley will play the lead role. For the rest, the mystery remains.
