According to a statement, Ultim Events has been sold. The buyers, when they are known, will have to confirm if this event will take place. At the moment, no information has been revealed about this. (See the statement)

The event originally scheduled for May 15-16, 2021, and then rescheduled for November 6-7, 2021, has been postponed again to July 2-3, 2022, due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

Yes the date and the actors that are on our website are confirmed. The FAQ of the organizer says that if an actor cancels, your autograph, photo or meet and greet ticket with him will be replaced by another actor of your choice (if it’s an extra ticket included in a pass, you’ll have the extra with the new guest). If you want to have more explanation, we advice you to contact the organizer of the event: contact@ultimevents.com

The guests included means that if you have an extra (autograph or photo) included in your pass, you can have it for “free” with the pass you bought. The 140€ pass doesn’t have extras included in it so if you want to have a photo, an autograph or a meeting with the guests, you’ll have to pay for it in addition to your pass.
The guests are going to be announced as soon as Ultim Events have the infos from their agents.

1. Yes, when duo is written like “Duo Tyler/Shelley” it’s for a photoshoot if that was your question
2. The pictures are quick. Usually you have more time to exchange a few words with the actors during autographs
3. The photographer takes only one picture. However they look at the result on the camera. If you have your eyes closed for example they make you do it again.

To answer your questions, usually a meeting room is about 30min. And yes, you need to have a ticket to enter the event, and then you can buy extras (meeting, photo, autograph).
