Talon’s journey is coming to an end, as The Outpost has not been renewed by The CW for a new season. A decision that comes as the episodes of season 4, airing since the beginning of July, attract less and less people.

Created by Jason Faller and Kynan Griffin, The Outpost follows Talon (Jessica Green), the last survivor of the Blackhood race, as she searches for the killers of her family. In her quest for revenge, the young woman discovers she has supernatural powers that she must learn to master.

The final episode of The Outpost will air on October 7, 2021 on The CW. According to the official synopsis, this final episode entitled “Nothing Lasts Forever” will see Talon and her friends fighting against the gods while Janzo (Anand Desai-Barochia), Wren (Izuka Hoyle) and Munt (Adam Johnson) will fight to save the Kahvi. This last episode will also be the occasion to crown a ruler.
