On May 22nd, Imagine Events will organize a new edition of its Imagine At Home event. For this occasion, the Canadian organizer has decided to invite a guest who is rare in conventions: Athena Karkanis.
The actress, starring in the series Manifest since 2018, is a familiar face on TV. She has been seen and heard in House of Cards, Wild Kratts, Zoo, The Expanse, Julius Jr., The Lottery, RedaKai, Lost Girl, The Border, Skyland and The Best Years. On the big screen, she was in the cast of the Saw saga and will soon be in the movie Maternal directed by Megan Follows.
During the Imagine at Home convention, Athena Karkanis will do a panel (30 minutes – 10$CAD), a group meeting (15 min – 45$CAD), one-on-one (3min – 90$CAD), 3-on-1 (5 min – 75$CAD per person), personalized videos (30s minimum – 85$CAD).
A new extra will be tested during the event: the photobooth party (60$CAD). The concept is the same as a group meeting (15 fans with 1 guest for 15 minutes), but the organizer specifies that you must enter the meeting with a “funky” accessory, a costume or some kind of fancy makeup. Imagine Events adds that six photos will be taken at the end and that they will direct you on how to position yourself to create a photobooth style montage of you and the guest. Afterwards, each participant will receive by mail their photo of the Photobooth.
