Millie Bobby Brown is about to fire up Netflix again. The British actress, who has been starring in Stranger Things since 2016 and will soon be directing the adaptation of The Girls I’ve Been, will play the role of Enola Holmes for the eponymous movie on September 23rd. This streaming giant is providing us with a trailer full of twists and mysteries that will keep us on hold until then.
Enola Holmes is a young girl full of energy who doesn’t let anything stand in her way. When her mother disappears, she decides to call her brothers for help, one of whom is none other than the famous detective Sherlock Holmes. When the siblings meet again, nothing goes exactly as planned because Sherlock and Mycroft Holmes want to send their sister to a boarding school so that she can become a real “Lady”.
